Our projects are normally costed out on a case-by-case basis so that we can accommodate a variety of clients and budgets.

Our payment plan for design services

For first-time clients with a job estimated less than $500, payment in full is required. For subsequent jobs with an estimate of under $500, an initial payment representing 50% of the total fee is required upon signing a work agreement. The remainder fee is due upon completion of the job.

For projects with a quote of over $500, an initial payment representing 30% of the estimated total fee is required. The second 30% is billable upon the halfway point or second phase of the project, with the final 40% due upon completion of the project.

Estimates, time frames and delivery

Before we send you a design agreement we always provide you with an estimate. We'll arrange a meeting with you and go through in detail your specific requirements. We then resolve time frames and a delivery date.

Negotiation of our rates

At eGlobel Ventures we want to make sure that our customers are getting the best service and value for money around, and if you can find a better deal we are more than happy to negotiate our rates based on a qualified third-party estimate.
